Q: How long will it take for my ring to get made?
A: Production time is approximately 45 days.
Express production is possible for a fee. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
When your ring is completed you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking number. It will be shipped via USPS priority insured mail.
Q: Can I get my ring sent to a military postal address?
A: Yes, you can get your ring sent to an APO or FPO address.
Q: Are all designs compatible for all types of rings?
A: Yes, all side panel and stone designs can be used for both male and female rings as well as all ring styles (Classic, Stadium and Oval). It is also possible to mix branches, for example, have an Army design on the left panel and a Navy design on the right panel.
Q: Can I make a custom design?
A: Yes. If a design is not already available please contact us at email@example.com and we can custom make it. This includes side panels, stone designs and bezels.
Q: How do I get my ring size?
A: Getting an accurate ring size is very important. The easiest way is to go to any jewelry store and ask them to measure it for you. If you are on base, go to the PX/BX or NEX and find the jewelry counter. Alternatively you can down load the ring sizer. Remember all gold and silver rings can be re-sized but Warriorlyte cannot.
Cancellation Policy: As we are making a custom made product it is only possible to cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. A cancellation fee will be applied should you wish to cancel after 24 hours and up to 14 days of placing your order. The cancellation fee will be determined by the amount of work already carried out on your ring. The minimum cancellation fee will be $114.00 up to a maximum of $299.00.
Note: PayPal and Stripe DO NOT refund their processing fees in the event of a cancellation. The customer will be responsible for these fees in the case of cancelling their order.
It is not possible to cancel your order after a period of 14 days from placing your order.
