Lifetime Warranty

Warrior Rings proudly guarantees that your ring and any included synthetic birthstone will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the ring, subject to the terms of this Warranty.

If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs, Warrior Rings will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected item.

What’s Covered

The following services are provided under our Lifetime Warranty:

• Repair of defects in materials or workmanship.
• Replacement of the ring where a repair is not practical or cannot reasonably be completed.
• Replacement of defective synthetic birthstones.
• Lifetime resizing of 925 Sterling Silver, Solis 6K, 10K, 14K and 18K rings.
• Restoration of the original finish of your ring.

Please Note: Natural precious and semi-precious gemstones (including, but not limited to, diamonds, sapphires, emeralds and topaz) are not covered by this Lifetime Warranty.

Shipping

If a warranty claim is determined by Warrior Rings to be the result of a manufacturing defect or an error made by Warrior Rings, and:

• you notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your ring, and
• the ring is received by our Warranty Department within 14 days of the original delivery date,

Warrior Rings will pay the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement ring back to you within the United States for your first approved warranty claim.

For all other warranty claims, customers are responsible for:

• Shipping the ring to our Warranty Department, and
• Return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed by Warrior Rings.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ring is securely packaged for shipment. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Warrior Rings cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged while being shipped to our Warranty Department.

Warranty Exclusions

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Accidental damage.
• Misuse, abuse or neglect.
• Loss or theft.
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, alterations or resizing performed by anyone other than Warrior Rings.
• Natural variations in precious metals, gemstones or handcrafted finishes.
• Natural precious or semi-precious gemstones.

Any repair, resizing or alteration carried out by a third party will void this Lifetime Warranty.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary depending on your state or country of residence.
